Once you complete an application, a NetTeller ID will be forwarded to you. Your PIN (personal Identification Number) will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Upon entry, you will be promted to change your PIN number. It is required to e 6-8 characters and include both letters and numerals..

Am I automatically signed up for online Bill Payment service when I sign up for Internet Banking?

No. This is a separate service. You can sign up for this service by speaking with a Customer Service Representative at 770-387-1922 or by coming to the bank in person. This service is available to you when you sign up for Internet Banking and is activated in 3-7 days. Your User ID and Password will be mailed to you in separate envelopes. They will not be mailed from Century Bank.

What kind of computer and software will I need to take advantage of Internet Banking?

Automatic debit is a system of electronic billing or payment that comes out the same date each month. You have an agreement with the company that the payment will be deducted from a set account for a fixed amount or variable amount on a certain date per month.
Online Bill pay has more flexibility. You have the ability to change the payment date and amount. You have more control over payments.
